This text answers the comments of Sérgio Leite and Victor Novicki regarding an article previously published in the Debates Section of the Cadernos de Ciência & Tecnologia, focusing on the question of the decentralization of the Brazilian policy of rural settlements. The authors conclude that the comments of Leite & Novicki constitute a profound conceptual study in relation to the limited scope of their article, which intended only to systematize the information on some questions discussed within the sphere of the commission with the responsability of elaborating the proposal of a new agrarian reform plan for Brazil.Downloads
