Abstract

Production modes and relations between agriculture and agroindustry are discussed. The development of bioindustrialization and theories on technological innovations are summarily analized. Conclusion points out that forecastings of biotechnological impacts on agroindustrial reorganization suffer from a pitifull technicist reducionism.
