Abstract

The technological complexities and dimensions in the capitalist system and the technological transfer and dependence of peripheric capitalist countries are discussed. The needs, the interests and the technological choices in the Brazilian agriculture are analysed, emphasizing the relationships between technology and union rural labors within the historical and political field of agricultural technology in Brazil.
