When recognizing the importance of the role of technical processes in agricultural development, and, in the event, without losing consciousness of the essentiality of structural changes, it is important to analise some aspects that will affect the adequate approach to an institutional and operational model, especially in agricultural and livestock research. It is important to identify the clientelle, to discuss the difficulties of the practice of integrality and to stress the importance of an adequate approach for the transference of research results when looking for the adoption of new techniques.Downloads
