Abstract

O presente livro, recentemente vertido para o português, caracteriza-se por se constituir em um livro básico de consulta sobre os principais conhecimentos associados a atual biotecnologia. Além de apresentar o diferenciado mérito de abordar o tema de uma maneira progressiva e sistemática, resultou também em ser consistente e conciso, despertando, dessa maneira, o interesse de profissionais, estudantes e iniciantes.
