The work aims at testing an appropriate analytical framework to evaluate the influence of technological change on production. A lagged polinomial regression model was adjusted. The crops analyzed were rice, corn and wheat. The paper's main conclusions are the following: (a) the model adjusted well for the crops analyzed; (b) the optimum lags for rice, corn and wheat were 6, 4 and 5 years, respectively.Downloads
