The present text describes the process by which EMBRAPA's researchers were trained. The problems that led to the decision to establish training programs are initially exposed, as well as the existing alternatives available to solve those problems. The solution which was chosen is presented and its implementation is described. Finally, the paper discusses the positive effects already measured and the negative effects which started to rise in the institution.Downloads
