V.60, Jan./Dec., 2025: Continuos publication
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the journal Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (PAB), the COP30 section presents 22 articles led by Embrapa researchers, within the scope of the Journey for the Climate, outlining the scientific strategy for a more sustainable, resilient, and competitive Brazilian agriculture. Among the themes related to carbon mitigation, the highlights are soil management (no-tillage farming, crop and input management, for example) and bio-revolution (biosynthesis and bio-inputs like nitrogen fixers). The adaptation of the systems focuses on their resilience, mainly through the conservation of genetic resources and specific solutions for vulnerable biomes, such as the Caatinga and the Amazon. Crucially, the researches connect science with economics, requiring green finance, data governance, and public policies (Plano ABC+) to scale innovations, consolidating Brazil’s agro-environmental leadership.
