Abstract

A tecnologia tem sido o centro dinâmico das mudanças sociais e econômicas. Ao longo de toda a existência da humanidade ela tem configurado formas de apropriação da natureza e do comportamento humano. Por isso ela tem sido a essência das mudanças socioeconômicas. Estamos diante de uma mudança estrutural da economia mundial e do capitalismo, desencadeada pela intensificação da globalização e pela avassaladora revolução tecnológica.
