This paper brings to the debate being waged in the CC&T the central idea of a study on the food chains in Brazil. It is hoped that the reader will contribute to the precision of these ideas with their critical considerations, pointing out errors, contradictions or even suggestions, pointing out errors, contradictions or even suggesting aspects which clarify the proposal. The peculiarity of the proposed study results from the inclusion of analyses of the relations between food chains (or food sub-sector) and nature. For this, the framework of Actor-Network Theory is added to the general picture of analysis. The actors to be analyzed are not only persons or organizations, but also objects, plants, animals, machines and other.Downloads
