- What identifiable and/or proportionate spheres, degrees, and complexes and what global and contextual connections operate and/or can operate in ST&I causing effects on sovereignty, autonomy, and/or autarchy?
- What situations, movements, convergences, consensus, controversies, and intersubjective conflicts, explicit or veiled, play a role in socioeconomic and socioenvironmental places, territories, and arenas of ST&I?
- What areas, themes, methods, and techniques are available or can be developed for ST&I dynamics?
- What actors, including political and/or economic agents, and what individual, collective and/or associative movements, including contractual relationships, have an impact, effect, and/or agency within ST&I?
