Abstract

The growth of technology in recent years made it possible the use of some technological resources to solve problems of the environment, such as the collection of disposable materials that can be managed in a more efficient and encouraging way. Therefore, the objective of this research was to develop a disposable material collector, encouraging users through benefits, according to the business rule. With the product exhibition at a technology fair in the North region (Manaus, Amazonas) it was possible to prove the acceptance of the product and the incentive given, by the positive feedback received from questionnaires applied to approximately two thousand participants of the fair. Therefore, we can conclude that the Zano Ecologic collector shows a strong potential to contribute to the environment preservation through technology.
