Abstract

This articles analyzes the perspective of organization of the Brazilian agroindustrial system and the different forms of interrelationships among its components to maintain the accumulation process, which can assume complete vertical integration, non-personal relations of market, and also formal and informal contracts of production. The systemic approach is emphasized, because it has the advantage of showing the relations of conflict and cooperation. In turn of imposing the character of ever subordination of one segment to another, it permits to analyze the reciprocal limitations.
