ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION SYSTEM, AND MILK PRODUCTIVE CHAIN: CONVERGENT TRIAD?
Keywords:
agribusiness, performance, innovation, milk, technology.Abstract
With still initial concepts, practices, and results, organizational innovation can serve as a base platform to anchor other types of innovation, be they radical or incremental ones, as is the case for technological innovation systems which promote the use and diffusion of technologies through knowledge, use of competencies, and development of skills. With an eminently qualitative approach, the proposed essay examined papers deposited in a journal database, and inferred that the organizational innovation and technological innovation system are convergent, can act together, and complement each other, especially in the establishment of innovation culture and in the improvement of organizations, besides being plausible and convenient for the use and propagation in the milk production chain or in the various agribusinesses that are in the search of a superior and competitive performance.Downloads
