Abstract

Supported by yields data achieved from a plant sugarcane experiment carried out in a "Tabuleiro" soil, it was aimed to determine the economic dose for phosphorus by Mitscherlich's Law. Based on the trial period and conditions, the P2O5 optimum dose calculated was 238 k9 per hectare. Relationships between the price of fertilizers at planting time and the price of sugarcane at harvesting are also shown.
