The concept de technology diffusion and its applicability to organic agriculture are discussed, considering that, for their propagation as a whole in the decision making process, it is necessary to consider the social-political context. It is suggested a re-thinking of the agricultural policy and, as instruments of the latter to be implemented it is possible to mention: a foccus change of agricultural financing process and the charge of the environmental cost of industrialized agricultural inputs. It is concluded that, yet the small production was the greatest beneficiary of the organic agriculture diffusion, and, that only by means of the organized society pressure over the government this process will give a dinamics to achive this goal.Downloads
