Under the presupposition that the intellectual labor organizes the societies, the law content for the scientific knowledge regulation is analyzed through the researcher's work. The article's goal is to analyze the Law's contradictions, identifying its implications to the expropriation and exclusion of the intellectual labor in relation to its product, specially when requiring the proprietary title. Considering the Law implementation, it is shown that the researchers and the S&T system will be the losers.Downloads
