Abstract

The parental genotypes and F1 and/or F2 generations from three wheat crosses Maringá x Nobre, Maringá x Palmeira, Nobre x Palmeira and reciprocals were evaluated for plant regeneration on callus culture. Variability among genotypes was observed to that trait, and additive and dominance gene actions appear to be important. Reciprocal effects were not significant for regeneration.
