Restricted linear models in agronomic experimentation

Abstract

In this paper restricted linear models are presented, based on Lagrange n undetermined coefficients. This method is applied in cases of fertilizer experiments when searching for response model and economic level of fertilizer by fitting grafted parabolas considering two cases: when the grafting is at the maximum point and when it is not at any specific point. Economical levels are obtained in both cases.
