In this paper experimental diagrams are treated in confounded experiments like latin squares. As an example, an experiment with cows, periods, foods, seasons and types of management is taken. Sources of variation, degrees of freedom and mean squares expected values are obtained in a mixed model. Examples of tests of significance including approximates ones are also treated.
