Three experiments have been carried out to evaluate productivity and trunk growth of 48 rubber tree (Hevea spp.) clones of Fx, IAN and some other primary clones at different ages, in a clay-texture Kaolinitic Yellow Latosol at the National Rubber and Oil Palm Research Center at Manaus, State of Amazon, Brazil. Two of the experimental designs are randomized blocks of 10 and 25 trees per plot respectively, spaced 7 m x 3 m in two replications. The third one is an experimental design of 5 x 5 triple lattice of 25 trees per plot. The first results led to the conclusion that clones Fx 3899, IAN 717, Fx 4098, IAN 6158 and IAN 6323 give the test performance as to yield and vigor among the variables in the present study.
