Nine hundred and sixty soybean genotypes were evaluated as sources of resistance to stink bugs. Fifty-six genotypes selected were retested during 1978/79, including 17 new plant introductions, in two planting dates and three replications. Four genotypes plus three introductions had an average of 74% of normal seeds, while the check cultivars Davis Santa Rosa and UFV-1 had 28%. PI 227.687, PI 229.358, Chi-Kei n° 1 B and IAC 74-2832-77-10439 genotypes has the highest percentages of non-damaged seeds.
