Abstract

The avian encephalomyelitis virus was isolated from brain and spinal cord of the young chickens. The diagnosis of avian encephalomyelitis (epidemic tremor) was supported in clinical symptoms, experimental reproduction of the diseases in sensible clickens, histopathological findings and test of serum neutralization.
