In this text, the author presents and discusses the initiatives of Nelson Rockefeller in the creation of the Rural Extension Service in Brazil. The author's focus leads him to articulate the creation of this Service through a non governmental international effort in the context of the cold war in Latin America. The author reinterprets the Rural Extension as a training project aimed to help the capital deepening the new agribusiness complex.Downloads
