Abstract

The present assay was carried out in order to describe the main agronomic characteristics of two corn varieties (EMPASC 151-Condá and EMPASC 152-Oeste) released by, Empresa Catarinense de Pesquisa Agropecuária S.A. (EMPASC). Main agronomic and morphologic characteristics are described so as to determine the genetic identity and varietal pureness levels during the seed multiplication process. Such informations will contribute for keeping the genetic potential of the varieties.
