Abstract

Oesophageal fistula made in four buffaloes is described. The animais, belonging to "Centro de Pesquisa Agropecuária do Trópico Úmido (CPATUP)", of EMBRAPA, showed total adaptation to this type of fistula and total recovery. They were fistulated for research in animal nutrition.
